Here's how it will work...

Minimal Time Commitment

No need to worry about making time in your busy life for a new commitment. However, we're going to be working closely together, so we’d like you to be sure you have around 3 hours a week to dedicate to this over the next 30-days. If you can commit to that, you’re on to a winner.

Personal Coach

As soon as you join, you’ll be assigned a personal coach, who’ll sit down with you and get clear on your goals. We’ll discuss things like how much body fat you want to lose, how strong you want to get and look at the possible challenges holding you back.

Action Plan

We’ll then build you a personalised action plan that fits you - and not the other way around.

Coaching Sessions

Once you’ve got your plan, it’s simply a matter of showing up to the sessions that suit your personal schedule. We deliver over 30 coaching sessions a week, so you’ve nothing to worry about. There will always be a wide range of coaching sessions on for you to join.

30 day review

At the end of the 30-days we’ll sit down and review your goals. We’ll look at what worked, what didn’t and how you can improve from there on.


The total investment for your trial is just £99 for the month, which works out at only £3.30 per day.

Frequently asked questions

As soon as you join, you’ll get a welcome email with all the important details and timings to get started. Plus access to your recipe books. You’ll know exactly what to do and be ready to start ASAP!

We’d advise a minimum of 3 hours per week, however you’ll be able to train every day if you like.

No. You’ll be taught everything you need to know and have a professional coach holding your hand every step of the way.

We’ll review your progress and goals from the initial 30 days. You’ll then have the opportunity to join as a full-time member and take your results even further.

No problem, provided you’re cleared by your doctor to exercise, we can work with what’s causing you pain and amend your program accordingly
