On Saturday past, we held our lower body exercise execution workshop at Synergy.
The seminar was a two hour, in-depth look at lower body training, and everything involved.
The first hour was spent looking at some of the theory behind lower body training, where we covered:
- Exercise Execution
- Creating & maintaining tension
- Hypertrophy Variables
- Exercise selection
After that, we got stuck into a solid leg training session, with the focus of applying everything the attendees learned in the first half of the seminar. We covered a wide range of compound and isolation exercises for quads, hamstrings and glutes.
I absolutely love helping people gain a better understanding of weight training, and how they can benefit from it.
